I created A Viral Comic in the summer of 2019, when Covid was still far off on the horizon. As the pandemic began, I was conflicted. On one hand, the comic was more relevant than ever. On the other, I wanted to be sensitive to everything that people were going through. Ultimately, I decided to freeze the project, but I’ve left the original comics available for anybody who still wants to enjoy them.
